From 1968 to 1972 a group of brilliant young Indianapolis pirate radio broadcasters unified their skills and talents to create the “bootleg” radio station WRFN. The “electronics whiz-kids” operating WRFN evaded the FCC for four years - even transmitting from a horse pasture to elude detection. The definitive WRFN Playlist.   

2000 Maniacs (1964) and Flesh For Frankenstein (1973)

Let's all go to the Drive-In Theatre circa 67-75.  Just press PLAY below and go full screen and enjoy a trip back to the Drive-In. First up its 2000 Maniacs. The film has been noted by critics as an early example of hicksploitation in grindhouse films, as well as for its sensationalizing of national perceptions between the North and South.  Then the X rated Flesh For Frankenstein. In West Germany and the United States, the film was released as Andy Warhol's Frankenstein (though only the title Frankenstein appeared on the print itself) and was presented in the Space-Vision 3D process in premiere engagements. It was rated X by the MPAA due to its explicit sexuality, nudity and violence. No surprise YouTube has deleted the film, but you can begin the playlist below and when it's time for Frankenstein select it below the playlist to watch it.
